We have had two apartment parties since I moved into my complex in June of 1997. Both were a success.
Our first party (July 1997 or was it August) was very nice. Everyone was friendly, and almost everyone in the complex attended. We partied into the wee hours of the morning. We were having such a good time meeting our neighbors that when the keg ran dry, we sent out for more beer.
Nice smile.
I think Kimberly is a little tipsy, "Peace, man."
Is this a "beautiful people" convention or what?

Our second party
(October 18, 1998) was equally as nice. Two of the three new residents
showed up, and we partied into the wee hours of the morning.
At about 11:30 p.m., the wedding party arrived. One of our residents (Inga) had attended a wedding with a bunch of her friends from graduate school at UT. So, she invited the wedding party to our little "Melrose Place" party. It was fun. They added a lot of class, when they showed up wearing formal dresses, suits and ties.
At the present time, we have no plans for another party.
